The developers have included NHS LIFT Co’s, GP Practices, commercial developers and a variety of other investors.
Developers should contact us as early as possible in the process, ideally when new site options are being considered. There are NHS Regulations controlling pharmacy contract relocations, so each health centre site option will have different pharmacy tenancy options, with quite different potential values in terms realisable rents.
